Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art

The Wanlass Center for Art Education and Research—part of the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art (NEHMA)—expands opportunities to engage with American Art from the West. The center supports classes, scholars, and the community by offering greater access to our collection of artworks, a library with relevant books, a studio classroom for creating art, and an object study classroom for close-up examination of collection groupings tailored to specific classes or topics.

As the first facility of its kind in the region, it provides a unique approach to art and the humanities through a multifaceted learning experience. The center enables NEHMA to offer a more diverse range of programs through this new facility, serving K-12 students, USU students, and the broader community.
